Kay Foley
WOMEN'S VARSITY
5'6" || Highlands Ranch, CO || SR || Integrated Physiology ||
Before joining Colorado Rowing, Kay was a part of the dance team and did ballet. She decided to join rowing because she wanted to join a community on campus and a place where she could be competitive, she wanted to find something that would challenge her, and she has always really loved any type of water sports.
Amelia Fonda
WOMEN'S VARSITY

Before joining Colorado Rowing, Amelia participated in Track and Field, Cross-Country, Volleyball, Spanish Honor Society, National Honor Society, and Link Crew. She wanted to join rowing in college because she wanted to try a new sport and make friends.
Kate Nam

Before joining Colorado Rowing, Kate participated in Soccer, Student Council, and the National Honors Society. She felt that joining rowing was the perfect sport because she wanted to simultaneously be by water and exercise.

Before joining Colorado Rowing, Emma boxed and was a part of her high school's Newspaper and Plant Clubs. Emma joined rowing because she had never been a part of a team sport in high school and wanted to try it.
Hannah Polatsek

Before joining Colorado Rowing, Hannah was a 4-year high school rower for Connecticut Boat Club. She decided to continue her rowing career at Colorado because she enjoyed it so much in high school and she wanted to meet new people.
Isabel Lopez

4'11" || Colorado Springs, CO || JR || Environmental Engineering, Minor in Energy Engineering with a Certificate in Engineering Leadership ||
Before joining Colorado Rowing, Isabel was a competitive cheerleader, yearbook editor, and a part of Link Crew in high school. Isabel joined rowing because of her mom, her mom rowed in college and because of Isabel's height, she thought she would be a great coxswain.
Quinn Gossett

Before joining Colorado Rowing, Quinn played soccer in high school while also participating in the Jazz Band and Art Club. Quinn decided to join rowing because she wanted to find a new sport after transferring to CU, she wanted something that would challenge her while also allowing her to be outside.

Before joining Colorado Rowing, Mai rowed for four years for Oakton Crew. She decided to join rowing because she enjoyed being on the water and wanted to meet new people.

Before joining Colorado Rowing, Winnie rowed in high school as well as participated in theater. She wanted to join rowing in college because she really enjoyed the competitions and team she had in high school, so she figured it would be fun to continue her rowing career into college.

Min decided to join rowing because rowing is helping to calibrate her life. She loves the idea behind the rowing and likes the toughness rowing requires.

Before joining Colorado Rowing, Camille participated in artistic gymnastics, theater, and student council.  She decided to join rowing because she was an exchange student so she wanted to meet some new people and try a new sport.

Before joining Colorado Rowing, Hannah was on the Soccer team; she also participated in art.  She decided to join rowing because she wanted to push herself and try something new.

Before joining Colorado Rowing, Cece participated in cheering, horseback riding, tennis, Spanish Club, DECA, and student government.  She decided to join rowing because she was rowing in the recreation center freshman year and saw a sign to join, but she couldn't fit it into her schedule. She saw another sign in the fall and decided it was the time to join.

Before joining Colorado Rowing, Liv was on the Tennis team, a Theater Tech, and an aide at a PT clinic.  She decided to join rowing because she wanted to join a supportive and active community.
