The College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS)聽human resources team聽is responsible for all faculty personnel actions including聽hiring, recruitment, performance management, policy consultation, sabbaticals, and聽compensation.
The CEAS聽Office of聽Faculty Advancement partners with the college's human resources team and faculty rostered within the college. Specifically, the office is responsible for faculty recruitment;聽management of the comprehensive review, promotion, and tenure processes; faculty data management; faculty professional development and recognition programs; and faculty ecosystem development.
