- KOBL Room 102, or
Please remember that teaching online does not necessarily mean using Zoom or having the same number of lecture hours. Instructors have the autonomy to be creative with online assignments, email communications, Canvas, etc.
Projects and capstone courses are especially difficult. Please be creative. Consider finding remote assignments that can meet course learning objectives. Please consider organizing discussions with other staff and faculty to discuss best practices and alternative solutions.
Working Remotely:
Campus is encouraging staff whose jobs can be completed remotely to work from home to create social distance. However, this is a discussion that needs to happen between the direct supervisor and the staff member. This topic is discussed extensively on the CU HR website: /hr/covid-19-hr-guidance.
Please refer to the Office of Information Technology webpage for best practices and resources: .
Meetings and Events:
Please refer to policies on the campus website as they are continuing to evolve. As of next week, student advising meetings and classes are expected to be conducted remotely. Please use your best judgment in cancelling meetings and events. If there is a way to transition the meeting or appointment remotely via Zoom or phone, please consider using that option.
Our communications team has supplied some language to cancel meetings, as suggested by campus. Please feel free to use this language:
