- WorkWell is on tour! Join an event this month at various locations around campus for employee wellness on the go. There will be cold care kits to stay healthy this cold and flu season, breakfast burritos and more.
- Join WorkWell for a 21-day Gratitude Challenge. As of Nov. 14, gratitude journals are available for pickup at Wardenburg (third floor Health Promotion desk) or at any of the WorkWell Networking events this month.

- Faculty, staff and their families are encouraged to try Savi. You have CU benefit access to this service, which helps borrowers apply for and maintain Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Take advantage of key savings and service credit.
- Scheduling vacation time offers many benefits, yet stepping away from work responsibilities can feel challenging for many people. While leaving work for a time can add extra stress and effort, there are steps you can take to ease the burden and feel confident and prepared to enjoy the break.
- The tuition assistance benefit is a ticket to affordable, quality education for employees or their dependents. The summer application window is open through June 15 for CU Boulder employees.
- Benefits-eligible CU Boulder employees have the final word on their benefits choices for the 2023-24 plan year—until 5 p.m. on Friday, May 5, when selections are due. All open enrollment selections must be submitted in the employee portal by this time.
