Powerlifting
Join one of our certified personal trainers for a four-week intensive course on proper form and progression of powerlifting movements including squat, deadlift and bench press. Whether it's your first time performing each lift or prepping for a competition, this small group training will help fine tune your lifting techniques for maximal strength results. All levels welcome, and no experience required.Ìý
