Visiting Scholars
The program for Culture, Language, and Social Practice welcomes visiting scholars whose work aligns with the program’s theoretical and methodological aims. If accepted to the CLASP Visiting Scholars Program, in addition to conducting their research in a dynamic academic environment, visitors may be able to audit CLASP-affiliated courses, participate in discussion and working groups, and attend colloquia and departmental events, among other academic activities.

Graduate students are designated as CLASP Visiting Graduate Scholars (VGS), while visitors who hold an academic, research, or industry position and have completed their degree program are designated as CLASP Visiting Scholars (VS). All potential Visiting Scholars must complete the same entrance application. Please see affiliated pages for information on the requirements, application, and deadline, as well as information on living in Boulder and attending the University of Colorado.
