- Accolades continue to mount for the College of Music’s performing faculty. This Monday, Assistant Professor of Voice Abigail Nims will wait with bated breath to hear the winner announced in her category at the Grammys.
- "Valentine's Rx" is Tuesday, Feb. 16, 7:30 p.m., Grusin Music Hall. Vocal coaches Mutsumi Moteki and Jeremy Reger have a preview.
- College of Music alumni Jessica Kiger (BM ‘06) and Nathan Brandwein (BM ‘02) are working at one of the premiere opera venues in the world.
- Grusin Music Hall becomes a cabaret for Faculty Tuesday with Jennifer Bird-Arvidsson and Alexandra Nguyen on Nov. 10.
- Mini- Documentary supports donor awareness and fund-raising efforts.
- When Coors Events Center hosts the Republican presidential candidates for a debate on Wednesday, Oct. 28, the College of Music community will be well represented. Performance Certificate student Meagan Mahlberg will be singing the “Star-Spangled Banner” before the debate begins.
- Eklund Opera’s performance of Gioachino Rossini’s “La Cenerentola” (“Cinderella”) this weekend will feature some familiar faces and some new ones, both onstage and behind the scenes.
- The CU New Opera Workshop took place on the campus of CU-Boulder in June.
