Directions for Rubric Example Templates
These example rubrics have been created by the Learning Design Group from Continuing Education and are based on design principles. There are 9 examples including discussion, oral presentation, participation, and assignment rubric examples. They give you a starting place for creating your rubrics and are examples of what you might consider adding to your course. They are not meant to tell you what must be in your course or set policies for your course.
If you would like to copy these rubrics into your course, follow these steps:
- Download and save to your computer. Important: Do not try to open the file once you download it to your computer.
- Follow the directions in to import the file into your Canvas course. Please feel free to edit and/or delete these rubrics as needed.
