Use TrendMicro's free online malware scanner to get a second opinion on your system's malware health.

  1. You will need to know if your Windows system is 32-bit or 64-bit.Ìý Most systems are 64-bit or you can look back to your Windows specifications in Step 1.
  2. Download and launch TrendMicro's Ìý´Ç°ù systems (most systems are 64-bit).
  3. Locate the file you downloaded (usually linked at the bottom of your browser or within your Downloads folder) and double-click it to start the HouseCall scanner.

  4. The HouseCall application will self-update.

  5. Accept the EULA and press "Next."
  6. Remove the checkbox next to "Include my home network" and select "Scan Now."

  7. TrendMicro's HouseCall tool will take several minutes to scan your system for malware.
