Cluster Growth Kinetics

The growth of atomic or molecular clusters in thin films occurs through atomic level processes such as atomic evaporation/condensation/coalescence.  We are interested in developing and analyzing models that describe the kinetics of the growth process.  Of particular interest are multicomponent systems where the growth rates are strongly dependent upon the chemical composition of the cluster.
