On-Campus Housing

University Housing & Dining provides on-campus housing options for undergraduate students. They also manage meal plans and on-campus dining services. On-campus housing is not guaranteed for students beyond their first year of their undergraduate degree. Please reach out to Housing to inquire about eligibility and waitlists.

University Graduate and Family Housing provides on-campus housing options for graduate and postdoctoral students, CU faculty and staff, and visiting scholars, including those with partners and families.

Off-Campus Housing

In addition to helping students find housing, Off-Campus Housing also provides housing-related legal services. Their attorney can review leases and help students with landlords or roommates.

The office also has a variety of other resources, including information about finding a roommate and living in Boulder, as well as resources like the commuter lounge for students who live outside of Boulder but travel in for the day.

Purchasing Renters’ Insurance

It is recommended that you consider purchasing renters' insurance. Many landlords and leasing agencies may also require this. Depending on the policy, insurance may cover the replacement of your property if it is damaged or stolen in your apartment.
