Check out the Boulder Farmers Market and make new connections on the way! ISSS walks to the Boulder Farmers market every Wednesday. Meet in the ISSS office lobby at 3:30 p.m. to walk over together. All are welcome to join us--international students, scholars, spouses, partners, children, friends, and family.

Every Wednesday, we'll meet at noon in the courtyard and head out from SEEC on the bike paths and trails for up to 45 minutes depending on the group. The emphasis is on fun, so we welcome all abilities, whether new or experienced.  Walkers are welcome too.

Learn how our thought processes prioritize certain aspects of our interactions, communication patterns and evaluations, and come away with a variety of strategies that you can use to mitigate implicit bias.  This workshop is intended for staff and faculty who are interested in learning about implicit bias.

This mindfulness workshop will teach a basic definition of mindfulness and simple skills for practicing daily mindfulness. Open to all graduate students and postdocs. Lunch will be provided to those that RSVP by June 12.

A mobile food pantry will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. at UMC South Terrace Plaza. The mobile food pantry is free and open to CU Boulder students, faculty and staff as well as community members of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
