Love Mondays is a weekly event hosted by the Center for Student Involvement that creates a space for students to connect with one another, learn about different organizations and events on campus, and relieve some of the Monday blues. Each Monday, we will highlight different campus departments, student organizations and events to help you become more connected to CU Boulder. Do you need a dedicated space to help you focus on your academic writing? Sign up to attend our weekly write-in sessions. The goal of these sessions is to devote a few hours to your writing each week to help build your writing habit, to promote accountability with your peers by working alongside your fellow graduate students, and by tracking your progress regularly.

This weekly program provides a space to engage in self-care activities, learn about campus resources and build community. Themes rotate weekly, allowing students to come and go as they please, participate in the activity and have a one-on-one conversation with an emotional wellness peer educator to create a personalized self-care plan. Activities are free and open to all students! This semester's activities include Making Compliment Stickers, Building a Self-Care Kit, Learning Sleep Tips and more!

For CU students, staff, and faculty, come learn about the way of Zen. We will sit for 20 minutes, then have a brief discussion about Zen practice and how we can improve our sense of wellbeing and balance by meditating.

Take time out of your week to relax and craft with your peers. DIY Nights are a great way to engage with others while participating in a fun craft project.

This series offers opportunities to explore dialogue skills and strategies for how to have effective conversations across different identities and experiences. 

The two-day course uses the NOLS Wilderness Medicine curriculum. The certification is good for two years. Topics covered include patient assessment system, emergency and evacuation plans, spine injury, head injury, shock, wilderness wound management, musculoskeletal injury, heat illness, cold injury, lightning, altitude illness, medical patients, and anaphylaxis.

This six-hour course covers everything from burns and broken bones to choking and heart attacks. This course also includes adult, infant and junior CPR and AED training. All participants must be CU Boulder student, faculty, staff, or affiliate to register

The Center for Student Involvement is partnering with local studio Tracy’s Traveling Art to host in-person guided painting classes. Take some time to relax and learn from a pro; all supplies included. Registration required.
