This workshop is designed for current CU Boulder international students and alumni to learn about the OPT to H-1B transition and information about the H-1B lottery and filing processes. Additionally, pathways to permanent residency, focusing on the National Interest Waiver, an immigration petition for applicants with advanced degrees or exceptional abilities in the sciences, arts or business, will be covered.
Brad Hendrick, an immigration attorney from Caplan and Earnest, will be the presenter.
