We started a nine-month leadership training in the CASE building in the fall of 2023; the group meets twice a month. From the beginning, Fred has set up the room prior to the training, as well as breaks down the room at the conclusion of the training. When we arrive the room is set up to our specific needs, and we're able to start the class right away adding valuable time to the overall experience.

Fred is consistent, expedient, diligent and does it all with a smile and agreeable demeanor. The entire CASE building is always in tip top shape, due largely to Fred and his work. Fred exemplifies going above and beyond, and providing exceptional customer service.
