Katherine has been super responsive to questions and issues related to the roll-out of AssetWorks.  There have been numerous request to add phases, deal with issues, training, etc... and she's really jumped on those immediately.  I know that change stresses people out, and her quick response to questions goes a long way to easing the transitions.  Thank you Katherine!
