BIPOC
  • :ÌýÌý(online, BIPOC-only, free): Bi-weekly gathering of self-identified BIPOC practitioners who meditate together and explore the teachings of the Buddha in the light of personal experience
  • :Ìý:ÌýDesigned to empower self-identifying people of color involved in change-making work through silent hikes, meditation, yoga, guided peer-to-peer dialogue in a strong container of emotional safety and trust, gratitude/grief/rage rituals, and other group-work
  • Courageous Yoga:ÌýLed by Queer and Indigenous folks who are advised by BIPOC folks who are committed to embodying the teachings of yoga and learning from Indigenous healing practices. All are welcome, and there will be scholarships available for people who identify as belonging to historically marginalized groups.Ìý
Women
  • :Ìý:ÌýMonthly, drop-in opportunities that include guided meditation, self-reflective writing, and sharing with others
    • :ÌýLed by experienced female instructors, this course is a three-day, two-night backcountry program. This journey is for all skill levels; no experience is needed. Activities include learning backpacking fundamentals, like cooking, camp craft, how to stay safe in the backcountry, and connecting with other women while nurturing relationships with self and nature
    • :ÌýTrailblazers is an affinity space within Women’s Wilderness created by and for those who identify as women of color. The instructors are women of color with in-depth wilderness training and teaching experience, and a shared passion for the outdoors.
LGBTQIA+
  • :Ìý:ÌýThe sessions are based on Progressive Muscular Relaxation, guided visualizations, and introduction to meditation. The event offers both in-person and zoom options.
  • :ÌýServices include: Massage, Reiki, Coaching, Mental Health, and Awareness Consulting.Ìý
  • :ÌýFrom dance parties to discussion groups, their programs create opportunities for queer and trans people to gather in spaces that are inclusive and transformative. There is always a counselor or mentor present at their programs to create a therapeutic space
