- Telephone liaison: phone moves, new phones, name change requests, and fax assistance.Â
- Networking liaison: jack requests, and IP Address Management for Ketchum and Ramaley.Â
- Hourly employees (student and temporary employee) hiring and payroll.
- Ordering office supplies (Staples).
- Employee travel/mileage reimbursements.
- Key liaison: key card building access and physical keys.
- Parking liaison.
- Shipping inquiries and package distribution: FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Conference and classroom scheduling.
- Academic support includes: course scheduling and class room requests, work with Undergraduate Chair on curriculum management, submit CTUFs to Dean’s office. Undergraduate student registration, add/drop for undergrads, submit SAFs to Dean’s office, and waitlists for class enrollment. Enroll Independent Studies and Research Studies.
- Faculty support includes: FCQ management, test/syllabus copying, copier codes/issues, and textbook adoptions/orders. Dossier binder for PT&R. Travel and lodging arrangements for visitors and new hires.
- Building Proctor duties include: repair requests/construction, office moves, furniture move/removal.
- Custodial contact, relay cleaning requests.
- Environmental Health and Safety contact.
- Maintains departmental/undergrad bulletin board, faculty office hours list, current semester course schedule, department phone list, photo board for faculty and staff, mailbox assignments, and confidential recycling.
- Media checkout and equipment inventory.
- Greet students and guests, assist with inquiries.
