What We Do

Established in 2017, the Center for Research Data and Digital Scholarship is a partnership between Research Computing and the . We are a collaborative team of data and information professionals, scholars, and educators with expertise in data-intensive scholarship and teaching. Our goal is to serve as an interdisciplinary hub and resource on campus that empowers everyone as they navigate the Research Lifecycle, through workshops and seminars, certificate programs, and collaborative opportunities.   

Services and Support

CRDDS supports the entire research lifecycle. Discover resources and tools to help you research, publish, and promote your work.

We offer educational opportunities, such as courses or informal seminars, to teach important skills in the area of data science.

We specialize in meeting funder data requirements, collaborating on digital humanities projects, and providing infrastructure for data storage, archiving, and publishing for grant proposals.

We specialize in working with digital projects and computational approaches in the humanities and social sciences, and we offer a Digital Humanities Graduate Certificate.

We provide assistance with using large-scale computing resources and long-term data storage.

We support researchers in sharing and preserving their scholarly work (e.g., data sets, journals, articles, preprints, postprints, etc.) in all forms and at all stages.
