The听Center for听National Security Initiatives (NSI)听at the University of Colorado Boulder is dedicated to providing high-impact national security research and workforce development enabled by world-class research scientists and essential infrastructure.听The Center addresses the ever-increasing demand for听qualified and experienced defense professionals听in听Colorado听and across the nation by creating a prime opportunity for on-demand research collaboration in the national security research enterprise.听

At NSI, our researchers both extend and deepen the national security research done across the University.听 We create a wide range of opportunities for training students at all levels of studies and create a pathway to post-graduate jobs and service.听

At the same time, we offer critical operational support, such as business development, proposal support, and pre-/post-award management, that ensures that our researchers can effectively work in this arena effortlessly.听
