Training is required before access can be granted to CU-SIS and COGNOS.听Please note that FERPA training is required every three听years with a minimum听passing score of 80%.

1. Complete Required Training

For CU-SIS, complete the following:

  • FERPA for CU-SIS Access (45 min.)
  • Introduction to CU-SIS - Campus Solutions (30 min.)

For CU-SIS Student Financials access, complete the following:

  • FERPA for CU-SIS Access (45 min.)
  • Introduction to CU-SIS - Campus Solutions (30 min.)
  • CU-SIS Student Financials (30 min.)

For COGNOS access, complete the following:

  • FERPA for CU-SIS Access (45 min.)

How to Access Training in SkillSoft

  1. Log in to听.
  2. Click the right-most icon at the top and select听CU Resources听and then Training.
  3. Click SkillSoft Percipio.
  4. Click the search icon (magnifying glass) at the top and type in the title of the course you need.
  5. Click Launch to begin the听course.

2. Request access by completing the CU-SIS Access Request Form

When training is complete, you can request access.听

  1. Go to webpage
  2. the . Find the CU-SIS Access PDF form听on that webpage, download the form and complete it. Submit the form to your supervisor who will approve the request and route it to the CU-SIS Coordinator. For more information about COGNOS Levels, see听. Requests are completed within five business days from receipt.
