Input sought for vice chancellor for sustainability position
The vice chancellor for sustainability position is now live and the from campus constituents.
CU Boulder Chancellor Justin Schwartz announced in September that a national search had been launched for the role, which will work closely with campus leadership, the executive director for the newly established Sustainability Research Initiative and campuswide constituencies.
“Hiring a new vice chancellor for sustainability is the next step in the chancellor’s effort to build our campus sustainability ecosystem,” Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation Massimo Ruzzene said. “This survey provides an opportunity for the entire campus to provide input about the role. It’s a way for everyone to be involved in the search process.”
The input will be shared with the search committee as they begin their work. Participants may provide input anonymously through Nov. 15. Review of the applications will begin on Dec. 1.
The search is being conducted by the international executive search firm, , and those with nominations or interest in the role are encouraged to contact the firm.
