National Public Health Week

In recent years, there has been an uptick in threats against the right to read. Engage in a conversation about free speech, book challenges and censorship.

5:30–7:30 p.m. Village Center demonstration kitchen
Learn basic cooking skills with fellow Buffs! During this session, students will learn how to make a beloved breakfast staple: french toast.

CU Boulder is showcasing an Italian film festival! Enjoy the local premiere of six acclaimed Italian films, all in their original language with subtitles.

Enjoy an evening of rest and relaxation. The Center for Student Involvement is offering free eyebrow threading, solid-color manicures and face masks.

Free Friday Power Hour: Kauit yoga

5 p.m. Rec Center, Studio 2
Every Friday, the Rec offers CU students free fitness classes. This week will help students regain balance, mobility, flexibility and strength with Kauit yoga.
