Guided meditation can reduce stress and calm the nervous system.ÌýThis weekly hybrid workshop teaches Buffs about a work of art in the museum galleries, followed by a related mindfulness practice. Registration is required if joining virtually.

Join an organic conversation with the CAAAS (pronounced "cause"). Important discussions about the Black experience from a Black perspective will be discussed.

The Environmental Center is featuring an hour of short films about biking. Films about bike theft, trails and more will be shown.

Explore the universe from the campus's observatory. If weather permits, visitors will get to look through telescopes. Additional open houses will be heldÌýthroughout the semester.

2022 Buffalo Bicycle Classic

One of the largest scholarship funding events in Colorado is back! There are nine bike routes, so you can choose what you are most comfortable with. Registration fees start at $40, and there is a virtual ride option.
