Vaccine notifications
At this time, due to continuing supply chain uncertainties, the campus is unable to determine consistently when and how many vaccines will be received each week. When a vaccine shipment is received:
- Eligible CU Boulder community members will be notified through their colorado.edu email account as vaccines become available. In some instances, campus members may receive a phone call instead of an email. In this case, a Medical Services staff member will call from a phone number with the prefix 492 or 735, offering the opportunity to receive a vaccine.Ìý
- Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.Ìý
- At this time, vaccine appointments will be available Wednesday through Friday of the week in which they are available. Depending on the quantity we receive, vaccination appointments may be available the same day you are notified or may only be available the same day you are notified.

- Those who are unable to make an appointment during the allotted time frame will need to wait for the next vaccine availability. At this time, there is no option to reschedule or tentatively hold an appointment.Ìý
- Once you receive the first dose, you will receive instructions for scheduling your second dose.
- If you are required to complete weekly monitoring testing based on your role with CU Boulder, you will continue to be required to participate regardless of when/if you receive a vaccine.
