Friday, Sept. 6

11 a.m. to 2p.m. Norlin Quad
Get ready for game day with Spirit Day on the Norlin Quad! This exciting new Herd event will feature free food for Herd members, lawn games, prizes and more.

3–6.. UMC South Terrace
Prepare for the big CU Buffs vs. Nebraska Cornhuskers with a feast of roasted corn, corn dogs, corn salad and popcorn! Navigate the “Beat Nebraska” corn maze, play giant cornhole and celebrate being a Buff!

Free Friday Power Hour: Tuff Buff

Ready to blow off some steam? This class offers high intensity, power-based movements to improve your endurance, strength and flexibility. Participants will use a variety of equipment to challenge themselves in this fun, fast-paced class. Join The Rec for a free Power Hour every Friday from 5 to 6 p.m. Bring your Buff OneCard for entry.

Don't miss the start of Program Council's Film Series, as they kick off the semester withRocketman.

An epic musical fantasy about the incredible human story of Elton John's breakthrough years. The film follows the fantastical journey of transformation from shy piano prodigy Reginald Dwight into international superstar Elton John. This inspirational story is set to Elton John's most beloved songs and performed by star Taron Egerton.

Check out the CU Museum of Natural History's newexhibition of contemporary botanical illustrations inspired by the museum’s acclaimed collections. The original works of art are rendered by the Rocky Mountain Society of Botanical Artists in watercolor, graphite, colored pencil and mixed medium, and allmeetcriteria for scientific accuracy, aestheticsand technical mastery.

Support your CU women soccer team as they takeon the Baylor Bearsin this match at Prentup Field. The Buffs are 4-0 and looking for another win!
