This event is intended toÌýhelp people stay active with resources and activities. You only get one body and brain, so the student-run Association of Holistic WellnessÌýhopes to help all those interested in health and wellness!ÌýAll are welcome.Ìý

This talk is presented as part of an eight-week nutritional information series this semester, featuring topics such as gardening and grocery navigation, healthy dieting and body awareness,Ìýreal fast food and more. The remaining workshops are scheduled on Tuesdays, March 20, April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24 and May 1.

The aims to promote four main areas of health and wellness: mental, physical, socialÌýand spiritual, on and off the CU Boulder campus. They hope to connect the health and wellness community on campus withÌýlike-minded people off campus to develop further events andÌýideasÌýandÌýbring together even more people!
