,Ìýthe faculty governance group of CU Boulder, is seeking applications for a coordinator, who will workÌýdirectly with the BFA chairÌýto implement and streamline various processes, including developing communications, maintaining records, coordinating meetingsÌýand monitoring/managing budgets.Ìý

The coordinator will developÌýand implementÌýprocedures and programs necessary for efficient operationÌýand assistÌýthe BFA with its representational and governance responsibilities. The coordinator will supportÌýthe BFA in its missions, providing continuity in a governance body comprised of elected members whose terms are not long enough to provide sufficient institutional memory for the organization.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to take initiative and make sound decisions to increase program efficacy, set and achieve deadlines for work completionÌýand establish work priorities in consultation with the BFA chair.

The role requiresÌýsomeone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to both work autonomously and also take direction. The coordinator must exercise professional judgement in dealing with sensitive issues that require discretion and confidentiality.Ìý
