Many of us struggle at some point during our academic career, whether it’s with balancing rigorous coursework and social distractions, adjusting to life on our own, personal or medical challenges or shifting our focus. Whatever the reason, the Bounce Back program is here to help students recover and get back on track.
By participating in the weekly Bounce Back classes, students learn study and organization skills such as time management, how to take notes, write papers and overcome procrastination. They also explore other factors that can affect academic success, such as dealing with emotions, stress management and adapting to college life.
This research-based program is offered byÌýÌý(CAPS). Peer coaches provide additional support and share information and skills with students on a personal level.
Bounce Back is a free 10-week class for CU students that offers support and skill-building for time management, effective studying, dealing with procrastinationÌýand managing test anxiety.
