The University of Colorado at Boulder campus is closing today at 2 p.m. today for all but essential employees, according to Provost and Acting Chancellor Phil DiStefano. Whether campus will reopen on Friday will be determined Friday morning and will be announced via the news media by 6 a.m. and posted on the CU-Boulder Web site at .
CU-Boulder employees scheduled to work on Friday should monitor news media reports at 6 a.m. and may call the CU-Boulder Info Line at (303) 492-5500 for updates.
The CU basketball game tonight at 7 p.m. is currently planned to proceed as scheduled. For updates on tonight's game go to or call 1- (800) 49BUFFS. People planning to attend the game are encouraged to assess travel conditions and exercise good judgment and caution.
CU-Boulder was closed on Dec. 21 and the afternoon of Dec. 20 following a blizzard that hit the Front Range last week.Ìý
