A free concert and comedy show featuring guitarist Mike Errico and comedian Bobby Lee will be presented Thursday, April 4, by the CU-Boulder Program Council.

The show is at 8 p.m. following the last Trivia Bowl game of the day in the Glenn Miller Ballroom of the University Memorial Center, located at Broadway and Euclid Avenue. The event is presented to CU-Boulder students and the public as part of the 2002 Trivia Bowl entertainment.

Errico is a solo performer who impresses his audiences with superior guitar playing and a warm, soulful voice that is slightly funky with folk influence. Errico is attracting a following among fans of groups such as The Dave Matthews Band and Barenaked Ladies.

He recently signed with Hybrid records and the single "Vacation," from his latest compact disc, "Pictures of the Big Vacation," has been gaining airplay on radio stations throughout the country.

Comedian Bobby Lee is establishing himself as one of the freshest, up-and-coming comedians on the comedy scene. He is a regular on FOX's "MAD TV," and may also be spotted in several commercials and films. Lee began his career in 1994 at the San Diego Comedy Store and within two years was on tour with Pauly Shore, Andrew Dice Clay and Carlos Mencia.Ìý

Bobby Lee has appeared on NBC's "Friday Night Videos," on Comedy Central's "Laugh," on Showtime's "Latino Laugh Festival" and Galavision's "Funny is Funny." Lee will kick off a new trend in Trivia Bowl entertainment, providing the added element of comedy to the long tradition of musical entertainment.
