Fiske Planetarium at the University of Colorado at Boulder will hold Astronomy Day activities including sunspot viewing, guided tours of the planetarium and a matinee starshow called "Follow the Drinking Gourd," on Saturday, April 28, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Astronomy Day is an annual event celebrated at planetariums and astronomy clubs around the world that is meant to bring astronomy to the public.

The guided tours will begin at 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The starshow will begin at 2 p.m. and costs $4 for adults and $3 for seniors and children. All other activities are free.

Fiske Planetarium is located at Regent Drive and Kittredge Loop Drive on the CU-Boulder campus.
