The CU-Boulder Parents Association will honor 17 faculty and staff members April 7 at the Koenig Alumni Center.

All the honorees were nominated by CU-Boulder undergraduate students for having a significant impact on the students' lives.

The CU Parents Association and the Division of Student Affairs are hosting a luncheon for the honored staff and faculty members as well as the nominating students and their parents. Trophies will be presented to all the awardees.

Following are the spring semester 2001 CU Parents Association staff and faculty recognition winners:

Joe Berta of psychology, Robert Carnochan of music, David Clough of chemical engineering, Daniel Jones of humanities, Jim Kelly of business, Laura Kuck of chemistry, Tim Lyons of the University Writing Program, Raymond MacFee of business and Allan McMurray of music.

Also to be honored are Jeanne Meyer-Brown of journalism, Phil Solomon of film studies, David Spires of history, Jan Whitt of journalism, Dennis Van Gerven of anthropology, Lisa Bates of philosophy, Brett Robbs of journalism and Andrew Staehelin of molecular, cellular and developmental biology.
