For centuries people have attempted to prove the existence of planets circling distant stars, but on Friday, Nov. 10, at 7:30 p.m. the Fiske Planetarium at the University of Colorado at Boulder will explore the topic more closely than ever before.

"Searching For Distant Worlds," a prerecorded program at Fiske Planetarium, will explain recent discoveries of unknown of planets in newfound solar systems.

Tickets go on sale at 7 p.m. the night of the show with prices ranging from $4 for adults and $3 for seniors age 65 and over and children, 12 and under.
