WHO: University of Colorado at Boulder student volunteers will assist BoulderÂ’s Community Food Share at MunsonÂ’s Farm, east of Boulder.

WHAT: A community service project for members of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, who will glean surplus pumpkins for Munson Farm to help feed needy residents in Boulder County.

WHEN: Wednesday, Oct. 17, at 8 a.m.

WHERE: Corner of 75th Street and Valmont Road, MunsonÂ’s fresh vegetable stand.

WHY: Members of the fraternity look for projects that help local nonprofit organizations. Community Food Share contacted the CU-Boulder Office of Community Affairs looking for volunteers to help glean the extra produce from the fields.
