With about 20,000 people expected to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder commencement exercises May 12 at 9:30 a.m. in Folsom Stadium, attendees should plan to make an early arrival.

Parking will be available in Lot 436 on Regent Drive for most people attending. Meters on campus are free the morning of the University Commencement Ceremony, but regular fees will be charged for the Euclid Autopark east of the University Memorial Center.

Close-in and drop-off parking, for those who have difficulty walking, will be along Colorado Avenue, south of the stadium. It is recommended that people who plan to use the drop-off area arrive well before 9 a.m. Designated disabled parking will be in lots 360, 378, 358 and Franklin Field.

The city of BoulderÂ’s local shuttle services, the HOP and the SKIP, will be operating the morning of the ceremony. They run every 10 minutes and cost 75 cents.

Guests with disabilities who have questions or need additional assistance should contact the Office of Disability Services at (303) 492-8671. Anyone with special parking needs or other questions about parking for the commencement ceremony may contact CU Parking Services at (303) 492-2322.
