CU-Boulder undergraduates in the fields of psychology, biology and kinesiology will present research findings on Wednesday, April 26, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the University Memorial Center's Glenn Miller Ballroom.
Refreshments will be provided at the fifth annual Undergraduate Research Day, which is free and open to the public.
About 20 students will share their research findings in a formal poster display session and will be available to answer questions on such topics as the feasibility of learning a second language as an adult and the functional and neural impacts of different types of seizures.
"Undergraduate Research Day is an excellent opportunity for students to present their research in a forum very similar to the one they would experience at regional and national scientific conferences," said psychology Professor Angela Bryan.
"An additional benefit of the event is that it allows faculty, staff and other students to see the exciting and sophisticated research projects being conducted by CU undergraduates," she said.
Â鶹ÒùÔº may submit abstracts through April 18 to present at the event sponsored by the department of psychology.
