The University of Colorado at Boulder will host the Second Annual WomenÂ’s Health Roundtable, "Building Community by Helping Ourselves and Each Other," on Monday, Feb. 28, from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Glenn Miller Ballroom at the University Memorial Center.

The event is free and open to the public.

The Roundtable will provide men and women with important information and encourage discussion on critical health issues that may affect them and their mothers, sisters, partners and friends.

Sessions include four panels presenting personal stories, resources and ways of providing support for womenÂ’s health issues related to substance use; sexually transmitted diseases; eating disorders; and multicultural reproductive health for Latinas, American Indians, lesbians and women with disabilities. Small group discussions will follow the panels.

The Roundtable is sponsored by Wardenburg Health Center in conjunction with the WomenÂ’s Resource Center, Recreation Center, Service Learning Program, the Boulder Campus Wellness Program and the CU Panhellenic Council.
