This Friday, Oct. 30, is the last day for students to complete the following actions for full-semester classes:
- Drop a class. Â鶹ÒùÔº who drop a class but remain enrolled in the semester are required to pay 100 percent of tuition and fees, and a W grade is posted to their transcript.
- Submit or cancel a grade replacement request.
- Grade replacement is not applied automatically. Â鶹ÒùÔº must submit a , which staff then review for eligibility. Â鶹ÒùÔº receive an email confirmation once the request is approved.
- If an advisor or student runs an updated degree audit, they'll see a >G symbol next to any in-progress class for which grade replacement was requested and approved. Learn more about grade replacement symbols.
- Change a class's grade mode from letter grade to pass/fail or vice versa. Only student-option courses are eligible. (The last day to change a class to no credit was Sept. 11.)
