Inclusive Facilities

The Main StudentRec Center is fully ADA accessible, including our Outdoor Fitness Court. We provide a variety of inclusive features and equipment to make your visit more enjoyable. If you have any suggestions on additional inclusive features we would love to hear from you.

ADA Equipment

ADA equipment is available on the main level near the indoor running track.

Cybex Total Access equipment includes:

Chest press, overhead press, row rear delt, lat pulldown and cable column
Raised weight numbers for vision impaired
Swing seats that allow for wheelchair accessibility
Low storage and handrails on each side so users can stabilize themselves if needed
Lat pulldown also features an adjustment that allows the pulldown bar to be reached from a seated position

In addition to Cybex Total Access equipment, we have pieces of equipment throughout the building that are ADA accessible, including two Technogym arm ergometers, ice sleds, ice walkers, a SkiErg and more.

All-Gender Locker Room

All-gender locker rooms are on the first of the Rec Center in the Locker Room Lounge. All-gender wet locker rooms are available by the pool.

All-gender locker rooms include:聽

Private sinks and commodes, private showers
Common area lockers
ADA-accessible lockers and showers available

Our all-gender locker rooms provide privacy and help to create more comfortable options for people who would prefer to use a non-gender-specific restroom or locker room.

As part of our Inclusive Rec program, we want to ensure that we are providing spaces where people are able to use our facilities without barrier.

ADA Parking
