Jane Barker in the news
CU Psychology and Neuroscience graduate student Jane Barker (Cognitive) and her mentor Professor Yuko Munakata (Cognitive) were in the news, with some of their recent research getting mentioned in a press release on the Association for Psychological Science (APS) website, as well as a mention on the blog Scienceblog. The research, published in Psychological Science, examined young children's impulse control and tested which was more important: imposing a delay before a decision was to be made and/or being reminded that they should wait before responding.
