This reflective interactive short documentary confronts how the childhood experience has changed by exposing the impacts of digital technology on mental health and how this has altered the feeling of adolescence permanently.This project was created using archival materials, scholarly articles, and personal material in order to attempt to show my perception of what social media has done to children, and where this will lead.

This is an inside look of the platform Klynt showing the home screen. The green arrows indicate any auto play features and the red arrows indicate when the player presses a button to guide them to a new segment.

This is a closer look at the beginning of my interactive documentary. As you can see, the title screen is assigned as the home screen, which is the first thing that you see when entering the website. The player can then move forward through buttons, or wait until the content is over for auto play to guide them through. The green arrow coming in from the right side shows where the player is sent when the entire documentary is over and they want to rewatch from the beginning.

This shows the end of the interactive documentary, where there aren’t many more decisions for the player to make. The player is fed through a main route until the very end where they are asked if they would like to watch again or watch the credits.
