ODA performs a variety of survey research for the CUÂ Boulder campus. Our principal goal in conducting surveys is to provide useful information for making decisions that affect the academic environment of the campus.
Campus Office and Program Requests
In addition to cyclical surveys, we provide custom survey research for campus offices and programs. If you have a survey in mind that will benefit the wider CU Boulder community and you’d like our help, please contact us.
Requests from Individuals
The ODA Survey Team has very limited resources and, given the size of CU Boulder, we cannot provide support to survey requests from individuals at CU. Because the ODA Survey Team has very limited resources, we don't take on individual students as clients. The client-requested surveys we implement are requested by academic or administrative units on campus (e.g., staff council, student government) and serve to benefit the wider CU community. We can consult on all aspects of surveying: questionnaire design, sampling, administration, data collection and compilation, statistical analysis, and reporting.
As another potential resource on campus, LISA (Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Statistical Analysis) works with individuals at CU Boulder that are conducting research and provides consulting and walk-in hours.
