Ruby Guardado is a dedicated advocate and scholar from Westminster, Colorado. She pursued a degree in Psychology at the esteemed University of Colorado Boulder, combining her academic pursuits with a passion for social justice and emphasizing the importance of intersectionality. Alongside her major in Psychology, she dedicated her academic journey to understanding the complexities of our diverse world by minoring in Ethnic Studies. With a strong background in education, Ruby contributed her expertise to CU Boulder's Pre-collegiate Program, where she made a positive impact on the lives of aspiring students.
Ruby served as the Event Coordinator for UMAS Y MECHA, where her passion for inclusivity shone through. She was deeply committed to supporting and empowering BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, believing that her efforts would contribute to their betterment.
Outside of work, Ruby embraces her love for music by constantly learning to play new instruments. She has found joy in the rhythm of life through her passion for dancing, expressing her creativity on canvas through painting, and creating harmonious blends of music, reflecting her multifaceted talents and interests.
