Kaitlin Mazotti
Kaitlingraduated in 2019 with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and plans on attending graduate school in Munich, Germany. While at CU, she conducted research on automating thresholds for machine learning, and sworked in a lab on campus that sets up WiFi long distance and micro-grid power systems for developing communities. Her lab group worked on providing 24/7 power to a refugee camp in Zambia. Kaitlin traveled to this community to evaluate their needs and to gain information to write proposals to gain funding to help them. In the long term, Kaitlin hopes to research renewable energies and work in Europe in this field.
