  • LazyBones Laundry Service:ÌýAll students living in student housing are able to useÌýÌýlaundry service. Â鶹ÒùÔº can schedule weekly laundry service for pick and delivery. Pick up and delivery is based on your schedule and LazyBones offers convenient semester pricing.

  • As youÌýbegin preparing to move to campus, we are excited to offer you the opportunity to save money on some importantÌýmove-in necessities, while also supporting residence hall programming and events. ThroughÌýOn-Campus Marketing (OCM),Ìýyou can buy all your bedding through our convenient onlineÌýLinens Program.ÌýThere's plenty to choose from and they're all guaranteed to fit the extra-long twin beds in the residence hall rooms.ÌýAlso through OCM, parents can take advantage of our onlineÌýÌýto remind their students of the comforts of home. Families save time and money and these programs help Residence Life Student Leadership ProgramsÌýprovide quality programming and events in our residence hallsÌýincluding things like: RHA's Annual Haunted Halls, Stampede Leadership Camp, CU Homecoming events, NRHH service opportunities, student leadership conferences and New Student Welcome initiatives!

GradGuard Insurance

  • As noted in your housing contract, the institution is not liable for damages or loss that occur to the personal property of students. In these scenarios, campus residents may be financially responsible if they do not have adequate insurance coverage. The University does not offer renters insurance to residents. However, it expects all residents to obtain insurance, from a provider of your choosing, before move-in. We have partnered withÌý, which offers a College Renters Insurance plan that is specifically designed for students.

Mail Services

  • The UPS Store to handle resident's mail and packages. The mailroom is located in the Village CentralÌýand you will be issued a key to your mailbox during move-in.ÌýVisit ourÌýmail and packages page for more information on our UPS store services.
  • Home2Home Shipping:ÌýTo expedite your move-in, consider shipping personal items to campus through theÌý. Items shipped through this program will be placed in your student’s room prior to their arrival.

Maintenance

  • Residents may report any needed routine repairs or problems by requesting a work order through our online service,Ìý. For a maintenance emergency (burst pipe, broken window, etc.) please call 303-735-5555. For apartment lock-outs, contact the community center (front desk).

General Services

  • Community Center:ÌýThe community center (front desk) acts as both as an information hub and the center of activity. It's located in Weber Hall and features a full self-service coffee bar, lounge and study areas, private meeting room and more!
  • Movies, games and vaccuums:ÌýItems are available for check-out at the Weber Hall community centerÌýdesk. Choose anything from DVDs and basketballs to vacuums and game room equipement. (48 hour limit on DVDs and video games, 2 hour limit on vaccuums and dollies and 8 hour limit on game equipment).
  • Room Access:ÌýBuff OneCards are used for individual bedrooms and are activated during move-in. If you are locked out, please notify the Weber Hall community centern desk immediately for reaccess.Ìý
  • Recycling and Trash:ÌýEach floor has a recycling/trash room located near the elevator. Please make sure to place items in the correct containers.
  • Summer Storage:ÌýThe UPS Store partners provides our residents withÌýall mailing, shipping and storage needs. Summer storage is available to our residents and more information is available onÌý.
