Black Â鶹ÒùÔº and Allies LLC

Lucile B Buchanan

This LLC is named for the first African American woman to graduate from the University of Colorado, Lucile B. Buchanan (LBB). LBB began in the fall of 2017, to provide students opportunities to engage in dialogue around cultures of the African and black diaspora, identities and social justice issues. From providing a supportive environment of difference, to creating affinity space for Black identifying students, this community is a critical addition to creating belonging and mattering for Black students and allies.
