°Õ³ó±ðÌýProgram in Jewish StudiesÌýis excited to announce thatÌýEyal Rivlin, Instructor ofÌýHebrewÌýand Jewish Studies, has been promoted toÌýSenior Instructor, effective August 2019.
Eyal Rivlin has served asÌýaÌýHebrew Instructor for the Program in Jewish Studies forÌýsevenÌýyears. Throughout his time with Jewish Studies, he has revolutionized Hebrew studies at CU with an innovative pedagogy that teaches language acquisition through music. He also teaches the Internship in Jewish Studies course, which helps students gain experience and build connections through interning with local organizations.
RivlinÌýis also dedicated to serving students outside the classroom. He organizes the highly popular annual HebrewÌýSchmooze-A-PaloozaÌýconcert, which features musical performances by CU's Hebrew language students. Recently, Rivlin partnered with former student Lior Gross to create the NonbinaryÌýHebrew Project. The Project aims to develop aÌýthird-gender grammar systemÌýfor non-binary Hebrew speaker and hasÌýreceivedÌýinternational recognition.
