Elias Sacks, Assistant Professor of Jewish Studies and Religious Studies, has been awarded a Provost Faculty Achievement Award.听This award is听presented to selected faculty members who have offered recent significant听publications or creative contributions in their academic fields. The award committee singled听out Professor Sacks鈥檚 recent book听Moses Mendelssohn鈥檚 Living Script: Philosophy, Practice,听History, Judaism听(2017), praising it for 鈥渆xemplifying interdisciplinary scholarship."
