Beverly Weber attended the 2016听Silberman faculty seminar at the USHMM, "Jewish Responses to the Holocaust: Teaching through Primary Sources."听
She also conducted research this summer for her current book project on race and racism in the language of human rights; several articles from this project, focused on the German refugee crisis, will be published later this year.听She recently published two additional articles:听鈥淜眉bra G眉m眉艧ay, Muslim Digital Feminism and the Politics of Visuality in Germany鈥� in听Feminist Media Studies听(to be reprinted as well in听Digital Feminisms. Transnational Activism in German Protest Cultures), and听鈥淧recarious Intimacies and Yoko Tawada鈥檚 Europe鈥� in the听Journal of Critical Ethnic Studies.听
